Ordering

Can I drop in and purchase cookies?

Unfortunately, not at this time.  We are not a brick and mortar style bakery.  We work from a commerial kitchen in Livermore and bake to order for pickup, shipping, and delivery.  We soon hope to use the front of the building to do pop ups on specific days.  

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing large orders at least 1–2 weeks in advance whenever possible. Some dates book quickly, especially holidays and graduation season.

Do you accept same-day or last-minute orders?

Sometimes! Availability depends on our production schedule. Send us a message and we’ll do our best to accommodate.  If it is past 10am, then it's likely we will not be able to accomodate since we are a bake-to-order bakery.  

Is there a minimum order?

Minimums vary depending on the product and customization requested. Product minimums are listed directly on each product page.

Can I customize cookie flavors?

Flavor availability varies by product size and seasonal menu offerings. Available flavors are listed on each product page before checkout.

Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?

Yes! We love corporate gifting, client appreciation gifts, employee events, and large party orders. Please contact us for custom quotes and availability.


Pickup, Delivery & Shipping

What’s the difference between pickup, local delivery, and shipping?

  • Pickup: You pick up your order at our designated pickup location.
  • Local Delivery: We deliver directly to your address within our delivery area.
  • Shipping: Orders are shipped through a carrier and delivered to your selected address.

How do I choose pickup, delivery, or shipping?

At checkout, select your preferred fulfillment option before choosing your date.  Shipping will be shipped out on the next business day after your order is placed; however, we do not ship on Fridays.  

Where is pickup located?

Pickup details and instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently offer local delivery to select surrounding areas. Delivery availability and fees are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship cookies and Cinnamon Rolls?

Yes! Select items are available for nationwide shipping.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

We do our best to accommodate timing requests, but exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.

Products & Ingredients

Are your cookies baked fresh?

Yes! All cookies are baked fresh in small batches.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Yes, we do offer a gluten free cookie option!  Please note that all products are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, nuts, and other allergens.

Do your products contain nuts?

Some products may contain or come into contact with nuts and other allergens.

How should I store my cookies?

Cookies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for several days.

Can I freeze the cookies?

Yes! Most cookies freeze very well. Store in an airtight container and thaw before enjoying.


Payments & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure checkout methods available through Shopify.

Do you require full payment upfront?

Yes, payment is required at checkout to secure your order date.

What is your cancellation policy?

Because all orders are made fresh to order, cancellations and changes may be limited depending on timing.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before production begins.


Events & Special Orders

Do you cater events or weddings?

Yes! We offer dessert tables, favors, cookie boxes, and custom event orders.

Do you offer custom sugar cookie branded or logo cookies?

Yes! We can create custom branded cookies for businesses, corporate events, launches, and client gifts.

How do I inquire about a custom order?

Please use our contact form or email us with your event date, quantity, theme, and any inspiration photos.
